Once agreement is signed and client’s retainer is collected, client has exactly 24 hours to cancel in order to receive full refund of the retainer. Cancellations made up to 3 weeks prior to the wedding date will receive a 50% refund of the retainer; cancellations made 3 weeks or less from the wedding date will receive no refund of the retainer - even if session was booked less than 3 weeks from event date. For packages that include other photography sessions, those sessions will be charged individually (a la carte) if the package is cancelled at any time. Rescheduling 2 weeks or more from original date will be free of charge; rescheduling less than 2 weeks from original date will incur an additional rescheduling fee of 5% of the original charge. Rescheduled date is subject to availability.
